White House Invitation: Joliet Township Government was honored with an invitation to the White House to join a prestigious national network dedicated to violence prevention. This recognition underscores the township’s commitment to fostering a safer and more resilient community through its dedicated violence prevention team.

Forest Park Community Center Acquisition: The township is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Forest Park Community Center. This new facility will serve as the hub for the transportation and behavioral health teams, enabling the provision of comprehensive services to those in need.

Transportation Services: The Transportation Department continues to actively serve senior and disabled residents, with expanding collaborations with agencies in the Joliet area. This essential service ensures that residents reach their destinations safely and efficiently. As the program grows, the demand for transportation services remains high, highlighting the positive impact on the Greater Joliet Area.
