DESCRIPTION:Joliet Township Government will host Will County Center for Community Concerns (WCCCC) as they administer the Home Energy Assistance Program that helps income-eligible households with their utility bills and furnace assistance. Assistance is available to households whose 30 day gross income is at or below 60% of the state median income level. Assistance for utilities will be available from October 1\, 2025 through August 15\, 2026\, or until funds have been exhausted\, whichever comes first. \nApplications will be taken at Joliet Township Government\, located at 175 W. DESCRIPTION:Joliet Township Government is partnering with Holsten Human Capital Development to help families stretch their food budgets with a free community food distribution. Together\, they will be hosting a monthly Food Pantry Pop-Up on the last Thursday of every month. \nThe April 2026 Food Pantry Pop-Up will take place on Thursday\, March 26\, 2026\, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Louise Ray Community Center (formerly the Forest Park Community Center)\, located at 1017 Woodruff Road\, Joliet\, IL 60432. \nNo registration is required.
