DESCRIPTION:Joliet Township Government will host Will County Center for Community Concerns (WCCCC) as they administer the Home Energy Assistance Program that helps income-eligible households with their utility bills and furnace assistance. Assistance is available to households whose 30 day gross income is at or below 60% of the state median income level. Assistance for utilities will be available from October 1\, 2025 through August 15\, 2026\, or until funds have been exhausted\, whichever comes first. \nApplications will be taken at Joliet Township Government\, located at 175 W.
